Fading Sun

the glow and warmth of the sun's kirpa slowly fading
gradual but sure, the mantle of winter upon the land
of former sun’s glory brief glimpses, but now jading
memory of the summer months, beaches and golden sand
now wet days getting shorter, cold nights getting longer
adrift in the sea of maya, the boat surely going under
day by day weaker the body and mind, not stronger
cybersangat ji pray that this soul may no longer wander

Picture taken in back garden a few weeks ago. Another rather nice close up photo of these flowers can be seen here

msingh ji - that close up shot is brilliant; they look like little corn niblets in the middle. The lighting and everything is just right.

I havent got any major flowers in the garden now; most have wilted away for the winter.

But it'll be spring soon enough and then we can start all over again ;-)

ss ji (I keep thinking it's short for sikhi seeker as I'm used to calling you solarider) thanks for your appreciation, but it is not my doing, for
