Lottery Winner?

It seems that at long last my luck has taken a turn for the better - I recently receieved the following email:

INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY PROGRAM, MADRID SPAIN
FILE REFERENCE NO: PP2005-001-MLI
BATCH: 1505/004NL

TO WINNERS IN OUR PROGRAM

We wish to congratulate you over your success in our computer balloting sweepstake held recently.

This is a millennium scientific computer game in which email addresses were used. It is a promotional program aimed at encouraging internet users; therefore you do not need to buy ticket to enter for it.

However, your email address was attached to ticket number 10CBG3471913; with serial number 19034 draw the lucky numbers 1-9-74-31, which eventually won the lottery in the first category of the draws. This entitled to a cash award of €500,000.00 ( FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS). This is from total prize money of €15,000,000.00 distributed to winners from 1st to 3rd categories.

Note that this program was largely promoted and sponsored by a group of philanthropist, industrialists from the internet ware industry and some other big multinational firms who wish to be anonymous.

To begin your claim, please contact the claims coordinator
Mr. Mack George

Before I collect my winnings I would like to like to solicit your advice on what to do with the money.

Well if I was being serious and the money was really available I'd be suggesting plowing some of into the orphanages that are looking after the children and families of Sikhs in India many of who are destitute and the children are increasingly turning to drugs; of supporting the many other needy causes there and around the world in general. A foundation perhaps?

However as I have also won this particular lottery a number of times, I would suggest giving it to the KLF (a group of artists as opposed to anything you might think it stands for) - as they have their own special way of getting rid of large sums of money :-)

Hope you father is much better now and making a full recovery.

Its a SCAM

the people just want to grab hold of your passport details, address and bank details. simple dimple. its a quick and easy way of making money from people lured by the thought of getting so much money for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Is it TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE? Answer is YES.

This came on the news as well. They warned people to be aware of these fraudsters.

Wonderful phrase, "simple dimple" - sounds like a side kick in a bollywood film!

But I'd still like to know what you might do with the money had you won.

Follow above advice! They go after seniors more agressively! Even some Punjabis/Indians are involved in this kind of scam.
